Fish Seasoning – Rajah, 100g

Rajah Fish Seasoning provides especially delicious flavours when adding to grilled fish – the variety of flavours and the juices created by the cooking are locked in by the immediate heat of the grill or barbecue.


It is versatile to use with a wide variety of fish including tuna steaks, halibut, fish kebabs and the like. It can also be used in marinades and dips and to compliment vegetables dishes and salads.

For best results sprinkle about 1 teaspoon per lb/445g of fish, over the fish before cooking. The fish can be grilled, baked, pan-fried, or steamed.

Iodised Salt, CELERY Powder, Ground Black Pepper, Onion Powder, Paprika Powder, Flavour Enhancer (E621), White Pepper.
