Cray Fish Ground – Mother Africa, 210g

Fresh ground crayfish (shrimp) is used in African cuisine, adding flavour to soups.



They have been packaged under good hygienic conditions, quality is assured. It adds wonderful flavour to dishes and contains no chemicals. Just like lobsters and crabs, Cray Fishes (shrimps) belong to a category of living things called arthropods. Shrimps are a unique source of the carotenoid Astaxanthin. They’re also an excellent source of selenium, vitamin B12, phosphorus, choline, copper, iodine, vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B6 and pantothenic acid (all B-complex vitamins), as well as vitamin A and vitamin E. In addition, they’re a very good source of protein, and antioxidants. Shrimps are overall a very good source of nutrients. Grounded, they are easier to use as condiments to ideally perfume your soups, sauces and stews.
