Aloo Paratha – Haldiram’s, 400g

Paratha is a type of Indian flat bread. Haldiram’s Frozen aloo paratha is frozen flat bread, stuffed with medium spiced potatoes. Thaw this flatbread outside (or for 20-30 seconds in microwave). For making Haldiram’s Paratha a bit crispy, warm it on Tawa (Indian griddle) for 30-50 seconds on both sides, each.



Aloo Paratha (Potato paratha) is an Indian recipe and one of the most popular breakfast/meal dishes throughout western, central and northern regions of India. Aloo (potato) stuffed Parathas are basically unleavened dough stuffed with a spiced mixture of mashed potato, which is rolled out and cooked on a hot tawa (Fry pan) with butter or ghee. Usually Yogurt or chutney is served with Aloo Parathas and in rural parts of northern and western India, lassi is also served along with it.
