Punjabi Haryali Methi – Kohinoor, 375g
Kohinoor Punjabi Haryali Methi Sauce – a mild Green Spinach sauce with Fenugreek Powder and Garlic.
Preparation and Usage
Cooking Instructions: Cook on the Hob.
Empty the contents of the pouch in a pan and cover and simmer for 10 mins. Add 450g of Paneer (Indian Cottage Cheese) and simmer for another 5 mins. To finish, add a touch of butter and 50ml of double cream.
Alternate Chicken Recipe
Stir fry 450g of chicken breast cut into 2cm (1”) cubes in 1tbsp of oil. When lightly brown add the contents of the pouch stirring thoroughly. Cover and simmer until the chicken is cooked (20mins) and the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. To finish, add a touch of butter and 50ml of double cream.
