The Tikka Spice Marinade from Patak’s is a traditional and authentic combination of aromatic spices, paprika, coriander and tamarind. This blend of 5 spices is captured in oil for a deep, rich, authentic flavour. It makes excellent marinades, used on their own or blended 50:50 with plain yogurt. Marinate meat then bake, BBQ or grill.
