Description
Tikka Seekh kabab is a popular south Asian meat cutlet dish made up of minced mutton. Tikka refers to small pieces of meat, vegetables or paneer cheese cut in small cubes, arranged on metal skewer and slow cooked over coal fire. Serve Tikka Seekh Kabab cutlets with thinly sliced onions, and lemon. It not contain any meat or meat extracts, no artificial colour or flavour.
Cooking instructions:
1. Mix Shan Tikka Seekh Kabab Masala in half a cup of water.
2. Add garlic, ginger, raw papaya, and apply to meat. Leave it to marinate for 3-4 hours.
3. Then remove the raw papaya slices. Sew the meat onto the thin round/ flat skewer. Place on very low heat fo coal / gas fire. Grill until very lightly browned.
4. Brush the meat with butter/ ghee and rotate the skewer to grill evenly on all sides until tender.
