Korean Style Noodle with Buck Wheat – Wang Korea, 283g

These noodles are used to make the Korean dish “Naengmyeon”. It is a very popular dish eaten usually in the summer months.



Cooking Directions (Serves 1):
1. Dissolve one pack of powder soup in 1/2 cup of boiling water and add 1 cup of cold water (1 cup = 200 ml or 6.76 fl oz)
2. Put the noodles (5 oz) into boiling water (4 cups at 100 Degree C) and boil for about 5 minutes
3. Rub and rinse the noodles thoroughly in cold water
4. Pour the prepared cold soup into the bowl of noodles. Serve with sliced cucumber, boiled eggs or kimchi

Noodle: Wheat Flour, Sweet Potato Starch, Buckwheat Flour, Wheat Starch, Salt, Water.
Soup Base: Soy Sauce Powder, Red Pepper Powder, Garlic, Sesame, Scallion, Salt, Sugar, Monosodium Glutamate.
Mixed Vegetable Oil: Soybean Oil, Mustard
