Haleem Spice Mix Masala – Laziza, 100g

Delicious spice Mix for meat, pulses and grains curry.


Processed Wheat, Pulses, Barley, Red Chilli, Coriander, Turmeric, Roasted Cumin Powder, Black Pepper, Dried Garlic, Dried Ginger, Cinnamon, Clove, Mace, Cubebs, Cardamom, Bay Leaves, Salt.

Preparation And Usage
Haleem Recipe (Spices, Pulses and Grains Mix)
Meat (Mutton, Chicken or Beef) (preferably large boneless portions) 500 – 700 gms
Cooking Oil/Ghee 2 cups (300 gms)
Onion (medium sized) 1 finely sliced
Ginger slices, Green Chillies, fresh Coriander Leaves, fresh Lemon or Juice & fried Onions to your taste
Laziza Haleem Mix (Contain one bag of spice mix and one bag of grains and pulses) one packet only.

Easy Steps
1. Wash & soak the grains & pulses in water for 1-2 hours.
2. In a large utensil heat half quantity (1 cup) of oil/ghee. Put meat & Laziza Haleem Mix spices bag & fry for 3-4 minutes. Add soaked grains & pulses, put 12-15 glasses of water, cover & cook on low fire till the meat/grains & pulses becomes completely tender. Stir occasionally.
3. Blend thoroughly with the help of wooden spoon to form a coarse paste or put half quantity in a blender for coarse grinding (Do not make very fine paste) and then mix in the remaining half.
4. Fry sliced onion in the remaining ghee/oil (one cup) until golden brown & add to the haleem. Cook for another 5-10 minutes on low flame.
Serve haleem with chopped green coriander, green chillies, ginger slices, fried onion, fresh lemon and Laziza Chaat Masala.
