Black Eye Beans – Sea Isle, 400g

Sea Isle Black Eye Beans are a versatile ingredient in traditional Caribbean cuisine. The ideal partner for your favourite Sea Isle Rice or perfect for powering up your salad.



To heat through, drain and rinse well, place beans in a saucepan, cover with cold water and heat on the hob gently for 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally. To serve cold simply drain and rinse.

Keep in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Once opened remove from can, refrigerate and consume within 2 days.
