An all-purpose sauce with liver as base, blended with deft proportions of vinegar, cane sugar and spices. The traditional Philippine sauce for lechon or roast suckling pig.


Application: As a sauce for roasts, as well as grilled and fried dishes. Maybe combined with vinegar to make a pork stew traditionally made from left over roast pork, the popular Filipino dish called “Paksiw na Lechon”. Storage: Room Temperature. Refrigerate after opening. Shelf Life: Two Years
