Peanut Sauce (Serves 4):
1 packet Peanut Sauce Mix
1/2 cup (110 ml) water, if preferred, coconut milk or milk
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Pour Peanut Mix into a small saucepan
2. Add water (or coconut milk or milk), sugar and oil, mix well. Bring to the boil on medium heat
3. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes or until it thickens. Stir occasionally
Cooking Tips: Serve as a sauce for satay, salads, baked potatoes, noodles, pasta or as a dip. For a richer sauce, stir in 1-2 tbsp peanut butter or 3 tbsp ground unsalted peanuts.
