Italian Cous Cous from durum wheat. Cooking for 3-4 people: boil 250 ml water with 1tbs. oil and salt. Turn off the heat and pour 250g of couscous into the water. Leave for 2 min. Add 2 tbs. butter and cook it on low heat for 2 min. Great for garnish, with herbs as a main dish or for dessert.
