Whole extra hot chillies are suitable for curries and other spicy cuisine. Can be crushed into food, or eaten whole. Easy to crush in a mortar and pestle. These chillies are the tiny ones, and are hot. You can crush them quite easily and add them to meals.


Extra hot whole red chillies are an everyday spice in many cuisines and are used extensively in Indian cooking. Capsaicin is a nutrient found in chilli peppers that is a natural anti-inflammatory and helps improve circulation. Add chilli peppers to your diet to avoid painful stomach problems.

Typically, use one or 2 chillies per person. Add to curries, stir-fries and hot soups. You can crush them before use with a mortar and pestle, or simply add them whole.
