Kesar Mango Pulp – Heera, 850g

Kesar variety of mangoes are considered to be one of the best mangoes in India. Kesar Mango. The uniquly sweet taste and Saffron colour makes this mango equally popular as Alphonoso Mango in India. Heera Kesar Mango pulp brings the sweetness and flavour of Kesar Mango, a perfect choice for making mango shake, mango lassi, ice-cream or kulfi. For extra flavours, add a bit of cardamom powder and Rooh Afza.

Mango lassi recipe:
1 cup of plain yogurt
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of mango pulp
Sugar according to taste
Eventually a pinch of cardamon powder and almond flakes for decoration
Blend all the ingredients till consistency is smooth. Add sugar to taste. You can add a pinch of cardamon powder to taste and decorate with roasted almond flakes.
