Black Cardamom – Heera, 200g

This spice is often used in Indian sweet dishes and drinks. It flavors custards and liquors. Black whole cardamoms are an essential ingredient of garam masala. These black cardamoms are especially used to enhance meats and rice pilaf.


Also Known as Badi elaichi, moti elaichi. Cardamoms originated from South India. It is one of the world's most ancient spices. Black cardamom is 4 to 6 times the size of the common small or green cardamom and although from the same family, vary vastly in taste.
