How is TRS Urad Dal Flour used?
Urad dal flour can be mixed with chapati flour to make it protein rich multi-grain flour. Urad dal flour is also used to prepare dosa and uttapam. For an easy version of dosa, just mix rice flour, urad dal flour with water. Allow the batter mixture to ferment allow to ferment and the batter is ready for making crispy dosa at home. No soaking and grinding is needed.
