Description

Traditionally used in Chinese cooking to encase meat and vegetable filling. Deep-fry until golden brown. These thin delicate wrappers are sold frozen and should be defrosted and separated before use. While working with the wrappers, keep them covered with a damp cloth to prevent them from drying out.
