Madras is one of our most popular curries – hot, spicy and usually a lovely vibrant reddish colour, it originates from the South of India – in the region formally known as Madras – now called Channai. Our version blends authentic spices like cumin, coriander, turmeric and tamarind with garlic and chilli for a wonderfully rounded and flavoursome curry – with a nice spicy kick to it.
