Kashmiri masala makes a hot, richly-spiced, garlicky, gingery North Indian style curry, particularly good with chicken: Kashmiri murgh. (Contains mustard seeds, and may also contain peanuts or tree nuts.)
A little less well known than your usual Tikka Masala or Korma, a Kashmiri Masala is essentially a blend of spices from the region of Kashmir and makes a really vivacious curry. Our Kashmiri Masala paste is chocka block full of chillies and also combines authentic spices with ginger, garlic and coriander – and it makes a really rich and flavoursome dish.
