Jalfrezi combines coconut and tomato in a medium, sweet-sour curry suitable for vegetables, seafood or poultry. Tomatoes traditionally are used to make up the sauce, but coconut milk may also be used. (Contains mustard seeds, and may also contain peanuts or tree nuts.) Gluten free. No artificial flavours, colours or preservatives.
