It is versatile to use with a wide variety of fish including tuna steaks, halibut, fish kebabs and the like. It can also be used in marinades and dips and to compliment vegetables dishes and salads.
For best results sprinkle about 1 teaspoon per lb/445g of fish, over the fish before cooking. The fish can be grilled, baked, pan-fried, or steamed.
