Completely unlike your usual saucy curries, a Biryani is a dry rice dish with added spices & meat or veggies – the paella of Indian food if you will… A Biryani is traditionally cooked in an oven, but you can use this Biryani paste to create a restaurant-quality Biryani on the stove – or give our new Oven-Bake Easy Biryani sauces a go. 1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees/Gas Mark 4 In a saucepan, stirfry two chicken breasts – thinly sliced for 3 minutes 2. Pour over the jar of Medium & Aromatic Biryani sauce, 150g of uncooked Basmati rice and 4 tbsp of water. 3. Bring to the boil, transfer to an oven-proof dish and tightly cover. 4. Place in the oven and cook for 35 minutes.
