- Pour two cups (400ml) boiling water into a bowl.
- Add the contents of packet. Stir until dissolved.
- Pour into mould. Cool to room temperature to set without refrigerator (30-45 minutes). Refrigerate if required.
- Loosen edges with knife and invert mould carefully over serving dish. Shake gently and remove Jelly.
