Description
Sonamasuri rice is a medium grain rice grown largely in the Indian states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka. This premium variety of ric eis lightweight, aromatic and low in starch. Sonamasuri rice is typically used in dishes such as sweet pongal, biryani, idlis and fried rice. Sonamasuri raw rice semi-polished rice containing a part of the natural fibers intact.
