Aachi chemba puttu flour is grinded red rice. Directions: Sprinkle a pinch of salt and required water to aachi chemba puttu powder. Mix it throughly until there is no wet balls in it. Fill this mixture and grated coconut in alternate layers in a puttu maker. Make sure that the top and bottom layers are filled with grated coconut. Steam about 5 minutes. Serve with curry, chutney or sugar.
