Egg curry is a mildly spicy curry made with hard boiled eggs. Egg curry can be prepared quickly and is a good companion with to serve with coconut rice, chapati or paratha.
Egg curry is also known as Anda curry, Muttai Kulambu in Tamil, Motte Saaru in Kannada and Guddu Pulusu.
